Home / Balabac tours / 5-day tours
Our scheduled routes are the 4-day Balabac Expedition and the 3-day Essential Balabac. We do not currently sell a 5-day scheduled departure, and we would rather say so plainly than take a booking for a route we do not run.
Why there is no scheduled 5-day tour
Balabac is reached by a long transfer and a boat crossing, and the islands we cover on the 4-day expedition are the major ones. Adding a fifth day mostly adds another camp night at the same campsite rather than new ground, so we route travellers to the 4-day trip instead and use the day they save elsewhere in Palawan.
What we do run
- Balabac Expedition - 4 days / 3 nights - PHP 19,800 per person for a group of 4 - every major island and sandbar
- Essential Balabac - 3 days / 2 nights - PHP 17,800 per person for a group of 4 - the compact route with a included Onok Island stop
- Groups of 5 to 10 - PHP 17,500 per person
If you want a longer trip
Tell us what you have in mind. For private charters we can discuss a longer itinerary, subject to boat availability, sea conditions and Coast Guard clearance. We will give you an honest view on whether extra days actually add anything to the trip, because sometimes they do not.
- Message us with your dates and group size
- Tell us what you want the extra day for
- We will confirm whether a longer private itinerary is possible and what it would cost
Questions travellers ask
Do you offer a 5-day Balabac tour?
Not as a scheduled departure. Our published routes are 3 days / 2 nights and 4 days / 3 nights. Message us to discuss a longer private itinerary.
Which tour should I take instead?
The 4-day Balabac Expedition covers every major island and sandbar and is the closest thing to a full Balabac trip.
Can you build a custom longer itinerary?
For private charters, possibly. It depends on boat availability, sea conditions and Coast Guard clearance. Send us your dates and we will tell you honestly.
Ask about a longer trip
Tell us your dates and group size and we will tell you honestly whether a longer itinerary makes sense.
