- Standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type, recorded by our web server and any security or caching software on the site
- Comments you leave on the site, if commenting is enabled, together with your IP address for spam detection

Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary to run your trip: our own crew, and where relevant the van operator and boat crew who form part of your tour. If a payment provider processes your deposit, they handle your payment details under their own privacy policy. We may disclose information if we are legally required to do so.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as we need them for the trip, for dealing with any follow-up, and to meet accounting requirements. Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept only as long as they are useful to answer you.
