Booking is deliberately simple and done by message, because every Balabac trip is priced by group size and confirmed against sea conditions on your dates. There is no automated checkout, and we think that is a good thing.
How booking works
- Step 1 - Message us on WhatsApp with your dates and group size
- Step 2 - We confirm availability and quote the price for your group
- Step 3 - You pay a deposit to confirm the booking
- Step 4 - We send joining details, the pickup time and a packing list
- Step 5 - We collect you from your Puerto Princesa hotel on the morning of departure
Payment and deposits
A deposit confirms your booking. We will tell you the deposit amount and the accepted payment options when we quote. The balance is settled on the schedule we agree with you – just ask and we will set it out in writing.
Changes and refunds
- Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 14 days before your tour date
- Tell us as early as you can if you need to move your dates and we will accommodate where availability allows
- If the Philippine Coast Guard issues an advisory we follow it without exception, and we will discuss rebooking or refunds with you directly
What the price includes
- Round-trip van transfer from Puerto Princesa to Buliluyan Port
- Private, roofed boat with a licensed captain and local guide
- Coast Guard clearance obtained before every trip
- All meals for the duration of the trip
- Camping tent with mattress, or a hut upgrade
- All island entrance and environmental fees
- A beachfront campsite run by a local family at Punta Sebaring
- A stop at Onok Island

How do I pay?
Message us and we will confirm the deposit amount and send a secure PayPal invoice. Pay by card or PayPal, or by Wise for lower fees.
When do I pay the balance?
We will confirm the schedule with you in writing when you book.
Can I book for a group?
Yes. Tell us your group size and dates and we will quote the group rate, which is lower per person for groups of 5 to 10.
Do you sell online with a card?
We take bookings by message so that we can confirm availability and price your group properly. Message us on WhatsApp to start.

Paying safely
A deposit confirms your booking, and the balance is agreed with you in writing before departure. Pay by credit or debit card, or PayPal — both give you buyer protection and a transaction record you can dispute. Prefer lower fees? Wise works for the balance.
There are no card machines and no ATMs on the islands, so bring cash for personal extras. Our refund window is more than 14 days before your tour date — full terms on our Booking Terms page.
